Last updated 15 October 2026 · Version 1.0
1. About these Terms
1.1
These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the EduShare.UK community platform (Community).
1.2
The Community is operated by Getech Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 02436537 whose registered office is at Solutions Centre, Knightsdale Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 4JQ (Getech, we, us and our).
1.3
By joining, accessing or using the Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Community.
1.4
You confirm that you access and use the Community wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer.
1.5
We may publish community guidelines, acceptable use rules or similar standards from time to time (Community Guidelines). Any Community Guidelines form part of these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Community Guidelines, these Terms will take priority.
1.6
Additional terms may apply to particular paid, premium or other additional services (Additional Terms). We will make any applicable Additional Terms available before you purchase or use the relevant service. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will take priority in relation to that service.
2. The Community
2.1
The Community is designed as a collaborative professional community for teachers and other education professionals. Its purpose is to enable members to:
(a)share knowledge, experience and ideas,
(b)contribute and access teaching materials, code and other resources,
(c)discuss the use of Google and other technology and AI tools in an educational setting, and
(d)support and learn from other members of the Community.
2.2
The Community may include:
(a)materials and resources created by Getech,
(b)materials and resources uploaded or shared by members,
(c)discussion areas, messaging or other communication functionality,
(d)training, guidance, events or other resources made available by Getech, and
(e)any other functionality we make available from time to time.
2.3
The Community operates on a collaborative basis. Where you submit materials to an area of the Community intended for sharing and reuse by other members, those materials will be made available to other members and may be used by them in accordance with section 8 of these Terms.
3. Membership and Access
3.1
To become and remain a member of the Community, you must:
(a)be aged 18 or over,
(b)have been invited or otherwise authorised by us to join the Community,
(c)be a teacher, other education professional or otherwise meet any eligibility criteria that we specify from time to time,
(d)access the Community through the Google sign-in process we make available and provide any information reasonably required to establish or administer your access, and
(e)comply with these Terms.
3.2
Membership is personal to you and is not transferable. You must not permit another person, including any pupil or student, to use your account or access credentials.
3.3
You are responsible for keeping your account and access credentials secure and must notify us promptly if you know or suspect that another person has obtained unauthorised access to your account.
3.4
You must ensure that any information you provide to us in connection with your membership is accurate and kept reasonably up to date. We may ask you to provide information reasonably required to verify your identity, age or eligibility to use the Community, and we may suspend or restrict your access while we carry out those checks.
3.5
We may refuse an application for membership or impose reasonable conditions on access to the Community.
3.6
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Community complies with any policies, approvals or other requirements of your employer, school, academy trust or other organisation.
4. Community Standards
4.1
The Community is intended to be a supportive and collaborative professional environment. You must treat other members respectfully and use the Community in a manner consistent with that purpose.
4.2
You must not use the Community to upload, publish, transmit, communicate or otherwise make available anything that:
(a)is unlawful, fraudulent or misleading,
(b)is defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, hateful or deliberately offensive,
(c)infringes another person's intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, privacy rights or other rights,
(d)contains malware, viruses, malicious code or anything intended to interfere with or compromise any system, service or data,
(e)contains advertising, spam, unsolicited promotions or other unauthorised commercial material,
(f)impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity, qualifications, experience or affiliation,
(g)encourages, facilitates or promotes unlawful or harmful activity, including fraud, terrorism, violence, child sexual exploitation or abuse, suicide or self-harm,
(h)contains sexually explicit or exploitative material,
(i)is inappropriate for a professional educational community, or
(j)otherwise conflicts with these Terms or any Community Guidelines.
4.3
You must not:
(a)attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Community, another member's account or any connected system,
(b)interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Community,
(c)bypass or attempt to bypass any access, security, usage, download, credit or other technical controls applied to the Community,
(d)use automated means to scrape, extract or download material from the Community except where we expressly permit this,
(e)use the Community or its content to build, train or populate a competing content library, platform, database, AI model, product or service,
(f)systematically download or reproduce substantial parts of the Community, or
(g)otherwise use the Community in a way that is unlawful or materially interferes with the proper operation of the Community or another person’s use of it.
5. Personal, Confidential and Sensitive Information
5.1
You must not use the Community to disclose personal or confidential information unless you are lawfully entitled to disclose it and doing so is appropriate to the context of the Community.
5.2
In particular, you must not upload or disclose through the Community:
(a)information identifying or capable of identifying an individual pupil or student,
(b)photographs, video or audio recordings of pupils or students,
(c)safeguarding information,
(d)special category personal data or personal data relating to criminal convictions or offences,
(e)confidential information belonging to an employer, school, academy trust or other organisation which you are not authorised to disclose,
(f)personal data which is not reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is being shared, or
(g)any other personal or confidential information which you are not lawfully entitled or authorised to disclose.
5.3
Where materials are based on real-world educational examples, you must ensure that they do not identify, and cannot reasonably be used to identify, any pupil or student before uploading them to the Community.
5.4
You are responsible for complying with any obligations you owe to your employer, school, academy trust or other organisation in relation to confidentiality, intellectual property, information security and use of technology.
5.5
Content made available in communal areas of the Community should not be treated as confidential. You must not share anything which you do not want other members to access or, where content is submitted as Shared Materials, use in accordance with section 8 of these Terms. We cannot control copies of content lawfully made by other members before that content is removed.
6. Member Content
6.1
You may upload, submit, post, share or otherwise make available content through the Community, including teaching materials, code, prompts, templates, documents, images, presentations, software, comments, messages and ideas (Member Content).
6.2
Some areas of the Community are intended specifically for members to contribute teaching materials, code and other resources for reuse by the wider Community. Member Content submitted through those areas or otherwise clearly identified as being submitted for community reuse is referred to in these Terms as Shared Materials. Comments, messages and other discussion content are not Shared Materials unless clearly identified as being submitted for community reuse.
6.3
You retain any intellectual property rights that you own in your Member Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your Member Content to Getech or another member.
6.4
By submitting Member Content, you warrant that:
(a)you own it or otherwise have all rights, licences, permissions and approvals necessary to submit it and grant the rights required by these Terms, including from your employer or any other rights holder,
(b)its submission and use in accordance with these Terms will not infringe any intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, data protection or other rights of any third party,
(c)it does not contain any information which you are prohibited from sharing,
(d)it complies with these Terms and applicable law, and
(e)where it incorporates third-party material, you have complied with any applicable attribution, licensing, notice or other requirements.
6.5
Access to material through your employment or another third party does not itself give you the right to submit it to the Community.
6.6
By submitting Shared Materials, you instruct us to make them available to other members and grant the licences set out in sections 7 and 8 of these Terms. You must not submit material as Shared Materials if you do not want other members to use it on that basis.
6.7
If Shared Materials include material subject to separate third-party, open-source or other licence terms, you must clearly identify those terms when submitting the Shared Materials. You can only grant rights under these Terms to the extent that you are entitled to do so.
7. Licence for Getech
7.1
By submitting Member Content to the Community, you grant Getech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, communicate, make available and otherwise use that Member Content to the extent reasonably necessary to:
(a)operate and provide the Community and make Member Content available to its intended recipients,
(b)make Shared Materials available to members in accordance with these Terms,
(c)administer, support, secure, maintain and improve the Community,
(d)review, moderate, restrict and remove Member Content,
(e)convert, reformat or technically adapt Member Content where reasonably necessary to operate the Community,
(f)enforce these Terms and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and
(g)promote and demonstrate the Community to existing and prospective members using Shared Materials.
7.2
The licence in section 7.1 of these Terms includes the right to grant Google and our other service providers any limited sublicences reasonably necessary to provide, host, support or secure the Community on our behalf.
7.3
The licence in section 7.1 of these Terms allows us to reproduce, display and demonstrate Shared Materials in promotional materials and demonstrations relating to the Community. It does not allow us to sell or license your Shared Materials as a standalone product or use them to advertise or promote any unrelated product or service without your separate permission.
7.4
Shared Materials may continue to be available through the Community after you stop using it or your membership ends, unless you remove them using functionality made available for that purpose before your membership ends or we otherwise agree to remove them. Section 18 of these Terms explains what happens to Shared Materials and their attribution when an account is closed or membership ends.
7.5
If Member Content is removed from the Community, we may retain copies for a reasonable period in backups or where reasonably required for legal, regulatory, security or record-keeping purposes. Any such retained copies will not continue to be made available to other members unless required by law.
7.6
Removal of Shared Materials does not revoke rights already granted to another member under section 8 of these Terms.
8. Licence for Members
8.1
By submitting Shared Materials, you grant each member who lawfully accesses those Shared Materials through the Community a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual licence to download, reproduce, use, run, modify, adapt and incorporate those Shared Materials into other materials solely for Permitted Educational Use. This licence also permits a member to submit an adapted version of the Shared Materials back to the Community as Shared Materials in accordance with these Terms, including by granting the licences in sections 7 and 8 in respect of that adapted version.
8.2
Permitted Educational Use means use by a teacher or other education professional in the ordinary course of:for or within a school, college, academy trust or other educational institution. Such use will not be treated as commercial merely because the relevant institution charges fees, receives funding or otherwise operates on a commercial basis.
(a)teaching and learning,
(b)lesson or curriculum preparation,
(c)supporting pupils or students, or
(d)internal training or professional development,
8.3
Permitted Educational Use does not include the right to:
(a)sell, license, rent or otherwise commercially exploit Shared Materials,
(b)incorporate Shared Materials into a paid product, subscription, content library, external training course, consultancy service or other commercial offering,
(c)use Shared Materials as training data to train, develop or improve any AI model, dataset or other technology product,
(d)claim authorship or ownership of Shared Materials created by another person,
(e)remove any ownership, attribution, copyright or licensing information contained in the Shared Materials, or
(f)otherwise use Shared Materials outside the scope of this section 8.
8.4
Rights in any third-party material incorporated into Shared Materials remain subject to the applicable third-party licence terms. The licence in section 8.1 of these Terms only grants rights which the contributor is entitled to grant.
8.5
Shared Materials may be made available under separate licence terms, including recognised open-source or Creative Commons licences, where those terms are clearly identified when the Shared Materials are submitted. Where separate licence terms apply, they will prevail over this section 8 to the extent of any conflict.
8.6
To the extent that you have any moral rights in Shared Materials, you consent to those Shared Materials being edited, adapted and combined with other materials as permitted by this section 8 and agree not to assert those rights solely to prevent those permitted uses.
8.7
If you wish to use Shared Materials outside the licence granted by this section 8, you are responsible for obtaining any additional permission required directly from the relevant rights holder.
9. Getech Materials
9.1
All intellectual property rights in materials, content, software, branding, documentation and other resources which Getech creates or makes available through the Community independently of Member Content (Getech Materials) belong to Getech or its licensors.
9.2
Subject to these Terms and any specific licence terms applying to particular Getech Materials, we grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable and revocable licence to download, reproduce, use and run Getech Materials solely for Permitted Educational Use.
9.3
The licence in section 9.2 of these Terms does not permit you to:
(a)sell, license, rent, redistribute or otherwise commercially exploit Getech Materials,
(b)make Getech Materials available outside the Community other than as reasonably necessary for the Permitted Educational Use,
(c)incorporate Getech Materials into a paid product, subscription, content library, external training course, consultancy service or other commercial offering,
(d)use Getech Materials as training data to train, develop or improve any AI model, dataset or other technology product,
(e)claim authorship or ownership of Getech Materials,
(f)remove any ownership, attribution, copyright or licensing information contained in the Getech Materials, or
(g)otherwise use Getech Materials outside the scope of the licence granted by this section 9.
9.4
We may specify different licence terms for particular Getech Materials. Where we do, those specific licence terms will apply to those materials instead of, or in addition to, this section 9 as stated.
10. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content
10.1
The Community may contain Member Content and other materials created wholly or partly using artificial intelligence, including tools provided by Google or other third parties.
10.2
If you use an AI tool to create or assist with Member Content, you are responsible for reviewing that content before submitting it to the Community and for ensuring that it complies with these Terms, including the requirements of sections 5 and 6 of these Terms.
10.3
You acknowledge that AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unoriginal or subject to third-party rights. You must not assume that the use of an AI tool gives you ownership of, or the right to use or share, its output.
10.4
You are responsible for complying with any terms, policies or other requirements applicable to any AI or other third-party tool that you use to create Member Content.
10.5
If the Community provides a field, label or other means of identifying material as AI-generated or AI-assisted, you must use it accurately.
10.6
Getech does not warrant the accuracy, originality or ownership status of any AI-generated or AI-assisted content made available through the Community.
11. Review and Moderation
11.1
We operate moderation processes to support the Community standards set out in these Terms. Shared Materials will be reviewed before they are made available to other members, and we may also moderate discussions, other Member Content and member activity.
11.2
Where required by applicable law, our moderation processes are designed to minimise the time for which:and to swiftly remove illegal content where we are alerted to it or otherwise become aware of it.
(a)terrorism content,
(b)child sexual exploitation and abuse content, and
(c)other priority illegal content is present on the Community,
11.3
We do not undertake to review every item of Member Content before it is published and do not guarantee that inappropriate, unlawful or otherwise non-compliant content will not appear on the Community.
11.4
We may:
(a)review, moderate or investigate Member Content or member activity,
(b)refuse or delay publication of Member Content,
(c)remove, disable or restrict access to Member Content,
(d)amend categorisation, tags, titles, descriptions or other administrative information associated with Member Content,
(e)issue warnings to members,
(f)restrict particular functionality, or
(g)suspend or terminate a member's access in accordance with section 18 of these Terms.
11.5
We may take action under section 11.4 of these Terms where we reasonably consider that:
(a)these Terms or the Community Guidelines have been breached,
(b)Member Content may be unlawful or infringe another person's rights,
(c)Member Content or other activity creates a safety, security, safeguarding or reputational risk,
(d)action is reasonably necessary to protect Getech, another member or any third party,
(e)action is required by law, a regulator, court or competent authority, or
(f)action is otherwise reasonably necessary for the proper operation of the Community.
11.6
Our review, moderation or decision to allow Member Content to remain available does not mean that we:
(a)approve or endorse that Member Content,
(b)verify its accuracy, quality, legality or suitability,
(c)confirm that it is free from third-party rights, or
(d)accept responsibility for it.
11.7
Members remain responsible for their own Member Content at all times.
12. Reporting Content and Complaints
12.1
Members and other persons affected by content or activity on the Community may report content or activity which they believe:by flagging the relevant content as inappropriate through the Community or emailing the site administrators at mhutchings@getecheducation.com and mwadmin@getecheducation.com.
(a)is unlawful,
(b)infringes their rights or the rights of another person,
(c)breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines,
(d)creates a safeguarding or safety concern, or
(e)is otherwise inappropriate for the Community,
12.2
Reports should include sufficient information to allow us to identify and assess the relevant content or activity and understand the concern being raised.
12.3
We may investigate a report, request further information and take such action as we reasonably consider appropriate, including any action described in section 11.4 of these Terms.
12.4
Members and other persons affected by content or activity on the Community may raise a complaint by emailing Qualitycompliance@getech.co.uk if they are dissatisfied with how we have dealt with a report or consider that we have not complied with our legal obligations relating to illegal content, reporting or complaints. Members may also complain about a moderation decision affecting them or their Member Content.
12.5
We will operate our reporting and complaints processes in accordance with applicable law. We may not always be able to provide full details of an investigation or outcome where doing so could prejudice another person's rights, confidentiality or safety, or an ongoing investigation.
12.6
We may preserve, disclose or report Member Content or information relating to member activity to law enforcement, a regulator or another competent authority where we consider this appropriate or are legally required to do so.
12.7
If a matter involves an immediate risk of harm or a safeguarding emergency, you should use the appropriate safeguarding or emergency channels rather than relying solely on the Community reporting process.
13. Community Materials and Educational Use
13.1
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Getech does not approve, endorse or verify Member Content and does not guarantee that it:
(a)is accurate, complete or of any particular quality,
(b)complies with any particular curriculum, educational standard or institutional policy,
(c)is suitable for any particular pupil, class, age group or educational setting, or
(d)is free from errors, omissions, bias, inappropriate material or third-party intellectual property rights.
13.2
You are responsible for reviewing and assessing any materials before relying on or using them, including determining whether they are suitable for your intended purpose.
13.3
You are responsible for reviewing, testing and taking appropriate security precautions before running or deploying any code, scripts, software or other technical materials obtained through the Community. We do not guarantee that such materials are free from defects, vulnerabilities, malicious code or other security risks merely because they have been made available through the Community.
13.4
The Community and its materials are intended to support, and not replace, your professional judgment or any applicable safeguarding processes, educational policies or institutional requirements.
14. Third-Party Services
14.1
The Community may operate using or integrate with services provided by Google and other third parties (Third-Party Services).
14.2
Your access to or use of Third-Party Services may be subject to separate terms and policies between you and the relevant provider.
14.3
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the availability, security, functionality or performance of Third-Party Services where these are outside our reasonable control.
14.4
We may change the technology or Third-Party Services used to provide the Community from time to time. The availability or functionality of the Community may be affected if any Third-Party Service is changed, restricted, withdrawn or otherwise becomes unavailable to us.
15. Privacy and Communications
15.1
We process personal data in connection with the Community in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available through the Privacy link on the Community.
15.2
Certain profile and Community activity information, including your display name, contributions, comments, stars or votes, activity points, badges and leaderboard position, may be visible to other members by default. Where profile settings allow, you may hide selected profile details, but this will not remove Member Content which you have published.
15.3
We may send you service communications reasonably necessary to administer your membership or operate the Community. These are separate from marketing communications.
15.4
We will only send you marketing communications, including invitations to Getech events, where you have consented to receive them.
15.5
You may change your marketing preferences or withdraw your consent at any time using the method stated in the relevant communication. This will not affect service communications which are reasonably necessary to administer your membership or operate the Community.
16. Availability and Changes to the Community
16.1
We do not guarantee that the Community will always be available or that access to it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
16.2
We may develop, change, add to, restrict, suspend or remove features or functionality of the Community from time to time, including for:
(a)maintenance,
(b)security,
(c)technical reasons,
(d)changes to Third-Party Services,
(e)legal or regulatory compliance, or
(f)the development or improvement of the Community.
16.3
We may discontinue all or part of the Community by giving members reasonable notice where reasonably practicable.
16.4
We are not responsible for any inability to access the Community caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16.5
The Community is not intended to be a permanent storage or backup service. You should keep your own copies of any Member Content or other materials which are important to you.
17. Membership Tiers and Additional Services
17.1
We may introduce different membership tiers, paid or premium services, additional functionality, Getech Materials, support, download or usage limits, credits, tokens or other features or services from time to time.
17.2
Access to particular features, Getech Materials or services may depend on your eligibility, membership tier or payment of applicable charges. We may apply reasonable limits to their use, including limits relating to downloads, storage, functionality, support, credits or usage.
17.3
Before you purchase or subscribe to a paid or premium service, we will make available details of the applicable:
(a)features and benefits,
(b)charges and payment arrangements,
(c)usage limits,
(d)subscription, renewal and termination arrangements, and
(e)any applicable Additional Terms.
17.4
Any Additional Terms will govern payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds and any other service-specific rights or obligations relating to the relevant paid or premium service.
17.5
Nothing in this section 17 revokes any rights already granted to you in Shared Materials under section 8 of these Terms.
18. Suspension, Termination and Account Closure
18.1
You may stop using the Community at any time and start the account deletion process through the Profile page of the Community. We may ask you to confirm your identity and intention before completing the deletion process. If you use a paid or premium service, any cancellation or refund rights will be governed by the applicable Additional Terms.
18.2
Following an administrator investigation, where we reasonably consider that you have breached these Terms or the Community Guidelines, we may issue you with a disciplinary strike.
18.3
If we issue:
(a)a first strike, we will suspend your access to the Community for two weeks and notify you of the suspension by email, and
(b)a second strike, we will permanently terminate your membership and you must not re-register for or rejoin the Community.
18.4
We may suspend or restrict your access immediately while we investigate a matter where we reasonably consider this necessary because:
(a)your use of the Community creates a security, legal, safeguarding or material reputational risk,
(b)we reasonably suspect unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity,
(c)we are required to take immediate action by law or by a competent authority, or
(d)we reasonably consider immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the Community, Getech, another member or any third party.
18.5
Following an administrator investigation, we may permanently terminate your membership without first applying the two-strike process where we reasonably consider that the relevant breach or activity is sufficiently serious to justify immediate termination. We may also terminate your membership immediately where required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
18.6
If you have not logged into the Community:
(a)for 6 months, we may send you an email reminding you about your membership,
(b)for 12 months, we may send you a final warning email containing a link through which you can reactivate your account, and
(c)following the final warning, we may close your account if you remain inactive after a further reactivation period of up to 3 months.
18.7
We may otherwise terminate or withdraw your membership on reasonable notice, subject to any applicable Additional Terms.
18.8
Where your account is closed or your membership ends:
(a)your right to access the Community will end,
(b)you must stop using Getech Materials except to the extent we expressly permit otherwise,
(c)personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Notice, subject to any information which we are entitled or required to retain,
(d)Shared Materials which remain available through the Community may continue to be used in accordance with these Terms and, where information identifying you has been removed, will be attributed to “Deleted Member”, and
(e)any provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to continue after account closure or termination will remain in force.
18.9
Following a permanent ban for misuse, we may retain the email address used to register your account for up to 24 months solely to prevent re-registration and protect the integrity and safety of the Community. We will not use that email address for marketing, Community participation, profiling or any other purpose. Any retention beyond 24 months will only take place where there is a continuing lawful need and that retention has been documented and reviewed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
18.10
Closure or termination of your membership does not affect any rights already granted under sections 7 and 8 of these Terms.
19. Indemnity for Member Content
19.1
You will indemnify Getech against any losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal and professional costs) reasonably suffered or incurred by Getech as a result of a third-party claim arising directly from your breach of any of the provisions of section 6.4 of these Terms.
19.2
We will take reasonable steps to notify you promptly of any claim for which we seek an indemnity under this section 19 and to mitigate any losses arising from it.
19.3
We will take reasonable account of your views in relation to the defence or settlement of any claim. You must not agree any settlement which imposes an obligation on Getech or includes an admission by Getech without our prior written consent.
20. Liability
20.1
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for:
(a)death or personal injury caused by negligence, or
(b)fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
20.2
Subject to section 20.1 of these Terms, Getech will not be liable for:
(a)Member Content or the acts or omissions of another member or third party, except to the extent that the relevant liability arises from Getech's own breach of these Terms,
(b)any decision made or action taken in reliance on Member Content,
(c)loss or corruption of data,
(d)loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill, or
(e)any indirect or consequential loss.
20.3
Subject to section 20.1 of these Terms and any applicable Additional Terms, Getech's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Community and these Terms in any period of 12 months will not exceed the greater of:
(a)£100, and
(b)the total charges paid to Getech for your access to the Community during that 12-month period.
20.4
Nothing in these Terms makes Getech responsible for any obligations which apply to you, your employer, school, academy trust or other educational institution.
21. Changes to these Terms
21.1
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
(a)changes to the Community,
(b)new features or membership models,
(c)changes to applicable law or regulation,
(d)changes to the technology or Third-Party Services used to provide the Community, or
(e)changes reasonably required to protect Getech, members of the Community, or the security, integrity or proper operation of the Community.
21.2
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before the change takes effect.
21.3
By continuing to use the Community after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to them, you must stop using the Community.
21.4
Changes affecting a paid or premium service may also be subject to any change, cancellation or termination rights set out in the applicable Additional Terms.
22. General
22.1
Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Community Guidelines and any applicable Additional Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Getech relating to your use of the Community and any service to which the Additional Terms apply.
22.2
No Partnership or Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and Getech.
22.3
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms.
22.4
No Waiver: A failure or delay in exercising a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
22.5
Severance: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force.
22.6
Third-Party Rights: No person other than you and Getech has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
22.7
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
